International Coordinator Jobs

FIGS is seeking a Coordinator to join the International team. As a key member of our team, you will be supporting our analysis and execution, delivering a localized customer experience from marketing to website, across 10+ international countries. In your role, you will develop an understanding of the differences between each market’s customer demographic, communication, and purchasing behaviors, and support the team in the optimization of the customer experience based on these preferences. You will work cross functionally with the broader Marketing department, Site Merchandising, Brand, and Data teams. As a critical team member in the fastest growing area of the company, you must enjoy the pace and complexity of the entrepreneurial environment, and have strong problem solving and organizational skills. This role will report directly to the Director of International Marketing.
What you’ll do:

• Merchandise website for country-specific needs and preferences, focusing on collection merchandising and website asset management
• Analyze website performance using data to inform insights on optimal paths to conversion
• Facilitate implementation of translated assets for website and marketing communication
• Assist in developing creative briefs and new customer acquisition initiatives for various markets
• Work with range of cross-functional teams including Site Merchandising, Marketing, Brand, and Data
• Conduct robust competitive research (product offering, market proposition, website experience) and develop market insights
• Partner closely with Director of International Marketing to optimize customer journey for each market
• Support ad hoc projects to drive international growth

About you:

• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Interest in e-commerce and marketing
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation creation skills
• Interest in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, business development
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus!
• Experience in site analytics tools (Google Analytics and Heap) a plus
• Experience with Excel and ability to draw conclusions from data

FIGS Compensation And Benefits
Pay Range

• At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $16/hr and $22/hr. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
