Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Manage international wholesale accounts.
-Responsible for managing and retaining current customer base. -Responsible for order entry and maintenance for all new and existing accounts in territory. -Responsible for monitoring and providing weekly report of wholesale inventory. -Responsible for coordinating with creative team to get needed assets, as well as building out directives for line sheets and product knowledge for key accounts. -Responsible for coordinating with production regarding arrival and availability of samples, and communicating with broader team regarding timelines.


  • Order entry.
  • Responsible for updating inventory accordingly in Joor to ensure inventory is accurate across all systems.
  • Support merchandising of collections in showroom and at trade shows.
  • Including, but not limited to, creating customer profiles for new accounts, checking orders for accuracy once entered into the system, sending order confirmations, and handling all follow up as needed.
  • Continue to strengthen relationships and grow business with current accounts.
  • Develop and build relationships with new retailers to contribute to continued growth of wholesale revenue.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating wholesale platforms as needed (Joor/NuOrder).
  • Support management of wholesale samples and merchandising of collections.
  • Seek out and identify new business opportunities in non-saturated areas.
  • Support management of wholesale assets.
  • Support management of wholesale inventory.
  • Responsible for keeping wholesale samples organized.


Requirements:


  • Must have strong retail analysis and computer skills- Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • Must have at least 3 years of wholesale international account management experience in a similar sales and/or account management role.
  • Positive references.
  • Must have existing relationships with key international retailers.
  • Must have strong (verbal and written) communication skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Must have exceptional time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Must have experience working trade shows (preparation, booth set up and breakdown, selling).
  • Must have experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Experience working with wholesale platforms, preferably Joor or NuOrder.
  • Proven track record of success.


Salary: $90,000 - $95,000
