THE POSITION:
The EVERSANA Internship Program is a 10-week paid position designed to offer college students the opportunity to learn about a career in life sciences. Interns will work in real-world business situations, be paired with a mentor, or team, to discover different aspects of the industry, and learn about the inner workings of our practice.
Qualified applicants must be rising juniors or rising seniors in undergraduate studies.
As our PM intern, you will coordinate the upload and routing of projects through the team while managing communication and approvals with key, internal personnel regarding initial and on-going project information and status. You will learn how the development workflow process works within our practice. Most importantly, we want to you to have fun while learning from leaders in their field. All interns will work remotely starting June 5, 2023 - through Fri August 11, 2023.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Fostering clear communications using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and Project)
- All other duties as assigned
- Helping plan, organize, and coordinate various projects, programs, and services.
- Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Hours: 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm ET, Monday-Friday
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
To be considered for an internship in our PM Team, you’ll need the following qualifications:
- Education: Rising junior, or rising senior in an undergraduate degree program, from an accredited college or university
- Technology/Equipment: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and/or SharePoint
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Some experience with managing team-based, complex tasks and projects end-to-end is helpful.
- Ability to communicate with coworkers clearly and professionally
- Resourcefulness
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and skills
- Solid math and analytical aptitude
- Strong initiative and excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and be comfortable pivoting as needed in a fast-paced environment
