Lazzoni is seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer/Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Bellevue, WA.

As an Interior Designer/Assistant Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the design process from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time with the highest standards of design excellence and provide them with LAZZONI experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design concepts and mood boards to clients, incorporating their preferences and requirements.
• Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Collaborate with our design team to maintain consistency in design standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies, and apply them creatively in projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage procurement process to ensure seamless client experience.
• Drive sales via exquisite design and genuine customer care

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft/Google productivity suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions.
• Highly proficient in design software such as PCON Planner, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design excellence.
• Proven experience in interior design and project management, preferably in a high-end residential or commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of materials and finishes
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.

Base Salary Range:

• $35K To $75K per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay (5% on Sales)
• Yearly bonus pay - Based on company and individual performance
