Ocean Properties Delray Beach Corporate Office is seeking full time applicants for an Interior Assistant position. The candidate will develop design solutions and provide project coordination and support to the Design team. You will be part of a team that creates impactful experiences in the hospitality (guestroom, F&B and public space) markets.

What You Will Do

As an Interior Design Assistant you will provide direct administrative and clerical support to the Interior Designers.You will be tasked with some or all of the following duties:

·Running errands

·Answering phones

·Making vendor appointments

·Source & Shop for project materials

·On site visits to help organize projects

·Maintain design files and create project binders

·Communicate with the purchasing team and maintain purchasing logs

·Create specifications for each project

·Maintain design library

·Updating vendor databases

·Organizing & Greeting vendors for meetings

·Help create computerized visual presentations

Your Qualifications

·Understanding of design theories, material and color

·Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

·Proficiency in the use of Photoshop, Excel & Adobe

·Ability to work independently and with the Design Staff one on one
