What we're looking for

We're looking for individuals who have a successful track record bringing new and innovative solutions to any task they take on. Integration Data Analysts focus on home onboarding, reservation and advance deposits, data integration, and quality assurance. You'll work on multiple projects at once and be exposed to all aspects of Vacasa's business.

What you'll do

• Identify and escalate risks, provide recommended mitigation plan, and implement the solution
• Be willing to travel onsite if necessary
• Balance daily project responsibilities with time sensitive/urgent requests such as supporting tickets for guests
• Track and report the status of project tasks
• Analyze and manipulate large volumes of data using Google Sheets and Excel to upload into Vacasa system
• Work with your project team to manage your project scope and ensure the target go-live is met
• Validate data integrity through departmental quality assurance practices
• Extract data from different industry Property Management Systems (PMS)

Skills you'll need

• Well organized with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to establish strong working relationships through written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders, such as Business Development, Operations, and sellers
• Experience or exposure to industry PMS software (Liverez, Streamline, Escapia, Barefoot) is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH and other Excel and/or Google Sheets formulas
• Python experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work under pressure and problem solve while implementing solutions on short timelines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, information technology or other related fields is a plus!
• Technology savvy
• One to three years experience in a related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines
• Well-developed time management and self-motivation skills with the ability to execute projects and make decisions independently and with integrity and discretion

Working conditions

Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states: AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY

You'll be working in your home office setting. We hold virtual training sessions and weekly team meeting. Occasional offsite team meetings in your region or our HQ locations. Requires frequent, repetitive use of a computer, phone, and office equipment. Requires patient, professional communication with prospective clients, and the ability to build confidence with prospects.

Compensation

• $45000 - $50000 / year
