Strong leadership and people management skills.

At least 5 years of experience in data integration, including experience managing a team of data integration specialists.

Well-developed time management and self-motivation skills with the ability to execute projects and make decisions independently and with integrity and discretion

Meet with application teams to understand requirements and recommend high-level direction and approach to upcoming projects.

4-6 years of Data Integration experience.

2-3 years of experience with Informatica (PowerCenter, IICS or BDM/DEI).

1-2 years of experience with Informatica administration.

2-3 years of experience working with AWS technologies like EMR, Glue, S3.

2-3 years of Data Warehousing experience.

2-3 years of project management experience, including management of technical projects with significant cross-functional interdependencies

Experience and/or knowledge of healthcare workflows or healthcare IT support is a plus

Collaborate with other internal stakeholders (including Customer Success Managers, Program Managers, Product and Development) to ensure successful technical implementations

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive tasks and ensure their completion and accuracy

Agile and/or Scrum experience is a plus

An analytical thinker who can make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems

Provide high-level estimation based on initial requirements

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast paced environment

3 or more years of experience with data analysis and data profiling using SQL and other tools

3 or more years of experience with the Microsoft Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS)

Professional written, verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment accurately and with minimal supervision

Documenting technical knowledge around data management processes and customer specific logic

Experience with Excel & SQL (Looker, Tableau, and/or Python is a plus)

Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously
