Summary & Overview of the Position
As Manager – Integrated Marketing, you will have the opportunity to build brands for start-ups, and multinational and global companies expanding in the U.S. markets. You would be responsible for managing client accounts and teams in the development and execution of the client’s Integrated Marketing strategy. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across service lines and markets such as US, UK, and India in executing the Communication strategies for key accounts in line with Gutenberg’s growth trajectory.

Primary responsibilities include and are not restricted to the following.
Strategic account management:
- Deliver high quality business strategies, solutions, tools and services to clients which enable them to achieve their communication objectives.
- Lead Gutenberg’s existing and potential business to build and deliver strategic operational plans across clients.
- Create and manage quality content for all client deliverables.
- Skilled at Media relations with a good understanding of the media landscape and ability to build clients media presence and placements across national, and local media outlets.
- Manage communication strategies and actively consult with key clients to address Public Relations and Integrated Marketing objectives.
Business Revenue Growth and Business Development:
- Drive new business opportunities, including bringing in new leads, drafting proposals and presentations, managing timelines, budgets and execution.
- Increase visibility on global RFP’s and pitches. Researching, developing and submitting RFP’s and proposal for new business pitches.
- Responsible for cross selling and up selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Support business growth for assigned accounts and ensure client retention and growth.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, and key stake holders.
Team management & Knowledge sharing:
- Guide and review work of junior teams.
- Ensure best practice development and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
- Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities:
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality, while juggling multiple channels of activity and a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
We would like our ideal candidate to be someone who can demonstrate or possesses the following:
- A thorough understanding of PR trends, media landscape and industry overview.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams, media, and clients seamlessly.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Public Relations/ Communications/Media/Marketing
- A creative mindset
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage expectations
- Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively
- Familiar with media and research databases like Cision and Factiva.
- Good working knowledge of contemporary media and its operations.
- At least 5 years of PR related experience with adequate working knowledge of the IT/ Tech industry.
