Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Intake Specialist/Paralegal to join

our dynamic Employment Law Firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing

excellent customer service to our clients, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and

collecting information from potential clients. You must live in Ohio.


Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from potential clients in a professional and friendly

manner

• Conduct initial client interviews to gather information about their legal issues

• Schedule appointments for attorneys to meet with potential clients

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records

• Manage and organize client documents and files

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure that clients' needs are being met

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or intake role, preferably in a legal

setting

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
