Are you looking for an opportunity to enhance your instrumentation and metrology skills in collaborative team environment? If so, this is the role for you.

As Calibration and Instrumentation Staff you will be responsible for supporting the team to ensure metrology systems are current on calibration requirements. You will also assist the team with the calibration process system, laboratory equipment, and facilities related utilities.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Provide compliant and validated technical solutions
  • Manage monthly requests and project work
  • Consistently develop your skills to become a subject matter expert on instrumentation and metrology
  • Provide accurate solutions to avoid having overdue calibrations
  • Contribute to the successful achievement of the safety, quality and production goals, and metrics through excellent technical support and problem solving
  • Contribute to the deployment and integration of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Build a schedule for the time of Instrumentation evaluation on a project

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • 1+ years’ experience in instrumentation and calibration in the pharmaceutical industry or the equivalent combination of education and experience (consult manager on equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Associates Degree in related discipline or equivalent military training (consult manager on related discipline and equivalent military training)

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Knowledge of upgrading and installing controlled manufacturing equipment and calibration database instrumentation and calibration
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Experience with computer systems
