Description:

  • You will consult & advise on effective and affordable training solutions that utilize best practices and methodologies for adult learning while taking advantage of technology tools.
  • As project lead you will provide regular reporting on training projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal customers/clients utilizing instructional systems design techniques to identify learning & training needs.
  • Applying project management methods and strong customer service, you will partner with internal customers/clients, SMEs, leadership, Learning Management Systems analysts, and course developers to deliver training solutions that are relevant, timely, effective, measurable, and affordable.
  • Using your experience, knowledge & capabilities, you will perform needs and cost analysis; design and development of training content; and creation of implementation strategies.
