Job Description

Open Dealer Exchange, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, has an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be handling the sales process from initial call to closing the deal in a business to business environment. Experience selling in the automotive financing or credit industries is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will have proven success in telephone sales and delivering excellent customer service. You will be given all the tools and training to hit the ground running and achieve success in a short amount of time. Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound sales call based on provided leads
  • Documenting and prioritizing activities in SalesForce
  • Overcoming objections
  • Post-sales support
  • Communicating persuasively and successfully with General Managers, Controllers, and the decision makers of auto dealerships
  • Getting decision makers on the phone and qualifying the business
  • Performing needs analyses, cost comparisons, and cross sales activities
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in sales and/or automotive industry
  • Self-starter, Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
  • Must be driven, sales oriented, and able to handle rejection with resilience
  • Experience working within the retail Automotive Industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to multitask
  • Dedicated and dependable; Strong work ethic
