Inside Sales - Automotive Business Development

Port City Nissan is seeking an energetic individual to join our unique and fast-paced Internet Sales Team. Reporting to a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will learn the techniques and best practices of the fastest growing BDC in the Seacoast. Family owned and operated for 30 years, Port City Nissan strives to gain customers AND employees for life.
In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and their ability to purchase. We have in-house, phone, and online training dedicated to your success.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone, text, and live chat scripts and templates
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
