Job Description

An innovative healthcare economics company in the Artificial Intelligence space is hiring for a Practice Lead to join their growing team in Boston, MA. This hire will spearhead the design and development of a new product line that provides price transparency for TPAs, medical carriers, and healthcare providers to help benchmark their health plan network performance. With the help of software engineers, product managers, and other staff, you'll devise a strategic product roadmap and vision for a new product offering that is poised to generate $100M+ in annual revenue.

Required:

  • Analytical mindset with a drive to disrupt the healthcare economic and benefits insights domain
  • Understanding of healthcare coverage, price transparency, and medical benefits information
  • 5+ years of experience owning large medical carrier relationships
  • 5+ years of experience in provider medical contracting

Nice to have:

  • Experience working cross functionally with software engineers, product managers, and other cross functional teams
  • Experience working at a large healthcare provider (Optum, BCBS, Aetna etc)
