Infrastructure Software Engineering Intern, Tensorrt - Fall 2023

NVIDIA's TensorRT Infrastructure team is looking for excellent software engineers to enable the next wave of NVIDIA’s highest performing deep learning libraries. The team's mission is to design and develop scalable, modular infrastructure that streamlines development, builds, and testing of TensorRT across NVIDIA’s diverse set of platforms, from Drive AGX for autonomous vehicles to DGX servers for datacenters and large language models. What You'll Be Doing

• Configuring, maintaining, and building upon deployments of industry-standard tools (e.g. Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, CMake, Gitlab, Jira, etc)
• Designing and developing software for testing and analysis of our codebases
• Developing throughout the software stack, from the user experience down to the cluster and database layers
• Building scalable automation for build, test, integration, and release processes for publicly distributed deep learning libraries

What We Need To See

• Fluency in SCM (e.g. Git and/or Perforce) and build systems (e.g. Make, CMake, and/or Bazel)
• Passion for “it just works” automation and enabling team members
• A pragmatic approach to solving problems and teamwork
• Strong programming skills in Python (or similar) and familiarity with C/C++ development
• Working towards a BS or higher degree in computer science or related engineering field

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Track record of identifying useful new technologies and incorporating them into software development flows
• Knowledge of mobile/embedded platforms and multiple operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, Windows, QNX, or similar)
• Experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, TeamCity, or other CI/CD systems
• Experience with distributed systems and cluster/cloud computing, especially with Kubernetes
• Background with CUDA and GPU computing systems

The hourly rate for our interns is $19 - $93. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
