About: Mythical Entertainment is the world’s foremost Creator-led, Internet-first entertainment studio. Mythical operates the Internet’s most popular daily show, Good Mythical Morning, among other shows and podcasts, and extends its content businesses into touring, music, books, memberships, branded, and many other spheres of the Creator Economy.
Overview: Mythical is currently seeking an intern to assist the Design department. Throughout the course of this program, interns will be involved in multiple facets of Mythical Entertainment, with a focus on graphic design. Interns will gain hands-on experience while working closely with our cross-disciplinary Design Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Digital Content and be pursuing (or recently graduated with) an undergraduate degree in a related field. This is a paid internship and will take place in our studio 3 days a week.
Responsibilities

• Assist with e-commerce trend and image research
• Design and composite assets in Photoshop
• Work with our Merch & Marketing designers and assist them in the ideation and execution of graphic needs for our e-commerce offerings
• Contribute to the design of merchandise, marketing materials, and brand assets
• Design presentations and decks and participate in design meetings
• Design compelling thumbnails for digital platforms in the Mythical voice
• Work with our Video Graphics designers and assist them in the ideation and execution of graphic needs for our video content
• Maintain, organize and archive brand assets, design templates and asset libraries
• Source, organize, and label graphics assets & projects

Requirements

• Rising Junior and above
• Some experience in Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent written and oral communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in Graphics, Design, or related creative field
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited university
