Job Description

Required Cisco Certified Engineers for Below scope of work


Rack & Stack Installation task by Onsite Engineer

·Verify receipt of all customers supplied boxes and components

·Unpack and inventory equipment, including recording and supplying customer with serial numbers

·Equipment mounting into cabinet as per work package instructions and conforming to manufacturers recommendations

·Cable patching within cabinet for WAN/LAN/WLAN network connectivity

·Power on equipment and establish network connectivity with the NOC/SOC

·Assist Customer /End User remote NOC/SOC to perform network testing to conform to the agreed acceptance testing schedule. Testing schedule is to be supplied by Customer

·Label equipment and attached cables for easy identification as per advised by Customer. Customer will advise of the labelling format to be used

·Rack and stack installation activities will be conducted in local business hours Monday-Friday 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours (excluding public holidays)

·Engineer to provide customer serial number and picture post installation
