and Duties

This new analyst position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic Lottery team working in a CA Lottery district office with Finance and Sales to enhance the customer experience statewide! This position is based in the CA Lottery's Milpitas district office.

Under the direction and supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) works with the statewide district office team to perform a variety of consultative and analytical work related to prize payments and sales activities in the district office.

Desirable Qualifications

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

• Customer Service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with regulations, policies and procedures
• Ability to follow direction, evaluate situations accurately and take effective action
• Works independently and as part of a team environment
• Organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,534.00 - $5,744.00 per month
