- Contact Production and Product Engineering for implementation of the ECs
- Create and update WI based on ECs (Engineering changes) and Production
- Do Process evaluations and improvements with reviewing BOM, prints, and Routings
- Participate in tooling & WI maintenance
- Participate in time studies

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiar to Bill of Material and Routing maintenance
- Ability to work 40 hours a week during the scheduled semester
- Having Creative problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Time studies
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- Basic experience with data analysis, methods, and graphing.
- Basic experience for Process evaluation and improvement
- Experience in creating Work Instructions
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
- Sophomore or higher class status

Work Schedule
The typical work schedule is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (with a 30-minute lunch) to mirror the hours of manufacturing operations but can work with the successful candidate to ensure optimal work-life balance.

Since the invention of the modern pipe wrench in 1923, the 25-acre RIDGID world headquarters in Elyria, Ohio has been developing tools that help trades professionals tackle jobs faster, safer, and more accurately. Today, more than 600 employees work in 734K sq. ft. of office and manufacturing space. The campus is also home to a factory tool service center and a state-of-the-art “School House” training center that educates and trains hundreds of tradespersons annually.
