Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your problem-solving skills can make a significant impact? We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing and business processes that drive operational excellence. You will work closely with factory workers, managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions. Your expertise in Lean production principles and practices will be crucial in optimizing facility layout, labor allocation, work force utilization, and workflow/methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and solve problems in manufacturing processes and business processes, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze the layout of equipment, workflow, material flow, assembly methods, and workforce to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct studies in operations to maximize work flow and spatial utilization, documenting observations in written work instructions and standard work.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures in collaboration with the Quality team.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a work scheduling and measurement system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve labor productivity and efficiency, including scoping and facilitating kaizen events.
  • Ensure facility efficiency and workplace safety through effective factory industrial design.
Qualifications:
  • Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or other relevant technical discipline with at least 5 years of experience, OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Lean Manufacturing experience/training preferred.

We offer a competitive compensation package, a collaborative work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development. If you are a motivated and driven Industrial Engineer with a passion for process improvement, we would love to hear from you.
