Job Description

Indirect Industrial Engineer

  • Coordinate material flow and material replenishment methods with MP&L department.
  • Responsible for maximizing the efficiency of equipment, tooling and personnel.
  • Provide process validation and corrective actions to ensure adherence to standardized work.
  • Kitting exp
  • Knowledge and use of proprietary APS and STDS systems for manufacturing process planning and development.
  • Optimize direct labor within the General Assembly processes.
  • Evaluate designs for potential manufacturing inefficiencies
  • Maximize productivity and eliminate redundant or inefficient processes.
  • Warehousing exp
  • Develop Lean and efficient workstations that minimizes non value added activities.
  • Optimize facilities, production and service locations to reduce inefficiencies
