Industrial Designer Jobs

Are you a highly creative and experienced Product Designer with a passion for collectible coins? We're seeking a talented individual to join our fast growing company. In this role, you will combine your exceptional design skills, technical knowledge and organizational mastery to bring to life visually captivating limited edition collectible coin designs that resonate with passionate collectors. This role will involve own the full process of ideation through production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sample development and the sample approval process, ensuring flawless execution from concept to production.
• Oversee the design-to-production lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of captivating coin designs.
• Utilize design software, such as Solidworks and KeyShot, to bring new product forms to life.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to address any design-related challenges and ensure high-quality production.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and bring new ideas to the table.
• Coach and encourage other team members, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
• Create detailed design specifications and guidelines for manufacturing processes, including engraving, minting, and finishing techniques.
• Work hand in hand with our marketing team to conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging design trends, themes, and motifs.
• Liaise between factory, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and visually appealing coin designs that align with market trends and collector preferences.

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as an Industrial Designer
• Demonstrated strong team-player attitude and a passion for collectibles
• Proficiency in Solidworks and KeyShot
