  • Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide guidance and training to clients on the setup, configuration, and utilization of Claris Companion, ensuring a seamless transition and user adoption.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, including project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare technology and non-profit operations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing systems, workflows, and operational processes to identify opportunities for integration and optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Support, to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate critical matters when necessary.

Requirements

  • Process driven with proven experience in implementing projects within non-profit organizations and/or county governments, preferably in the healthcare or senior care sectors.
  • 5 -7 years of Customer service experience preferably in the healthcare or senior care sectors.
