Job Description
The Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) organization within CTC provides access control governance and Identity Services for all lines of business (LOBs) globally, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications supported by CTC, and provides a comprehensive set of applications, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage technology risk solutions.
As a member of the adoption acceleration team you will combine your experience and passion for innovation to enable application teams from across the businesses to migrate from legacy to strategic solutions. You will use your expertise in business analysis, project management and software development processes to maintain progress and address blockers. Your personal drive for excellence, delivery and improvement will help a high performing team to satisfy both product and consumer requirements. You will continually strive to improve and enhance the on-boarding process and will embrace leading-edge technologies and methodologies inspiring the distributed teams to follow suit.

Responsibilities :
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities responsibilities including:

  • Create and deliver periodic reporting of progress against objectives, providing insight into issues and actions.
  • Build effective relationships with technical and business teams to enhance collaboration, information sharing and decision-making.
  • Participate in identification and eradication of low and no value add activities from the program including optimizing and automating low complexity activities.
  • Assist in the development of tools and processes to proactively provide quantitative and qualitative insight into performance against objectives.
  • Deliver results against a defined scope of work that includes multiple Lines of Business.

You will be the ideal candidate if you are hands on, results oriented and able to work across multiple roles and location
You will have / be:
  • Skilled at anticipating issues, engaging the appropriate stakeholders and driving resolutions/solutions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to effectively participate in multi-department teams working towards a shared objective.
  • Excellent understanding of project life cycles and project methodology.
  • Relationship-building and influencing skills to drive agendas across a number of teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task & prioritize competing demands.
  • Clear communication & presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely.
  • Adaptable to a changing, dynamic client-facing work environment while driving results.
  • Able to execute qualitative and quantitative analysis that presents conclusions in clear and understandable terms.
