Job description
Integrative Health Centers (“IHC”):
IHC enables healthcare clinics and sites across the U.S to offer their patients a more complete continuum of care by providing behavioral health and specialized psychiatric services.
Due to a lack of access to behavioral health, addiction medicine, and other specialized psychiatric services, many healthcare clinics in the U.S are unable to provide a complete continuum of care required to adequately treat their patients. Rural and geographically isolated areas in particular remain largely underserved. IHC partners with healthcare clinics to help them improve quality of patient care and revenue potential.
Who are we?
We are IHC. Our team is the center of all that we do. We are builders, entrepreneurs, innovators, healthcare executives, clinicians, and partners with one mission - to improve access, coordination, and continuity of quality behavioral health services in underserved and rural markets.
Our Operations Team is a small group of professionals dedicated to delivering behavioral health services to underserved communities. We care about building strong, trusted relationships with our partners that are centered around patient care. We’re all part of the care team, and what we do every day reflects that mindset. We are looking for extremely driven, self-motivated people who are passionate about having direct impact on growing the business.
What’s in it for you?
We provide a unique opportunity to grow personally and professionally and be part of building our company from the ground up. We also offer competitive benefits such as PTO, health, dental and vision benefits, and company outings.
