Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Implementation Analyst is a subject-matter specialist who actively participates in the implementation of clinical strategies and operations. This position requires a detailed understanding of clinical workflow and all of the coordination that takes place throughout the facility in order to enhance communication, improve clinical workflow and patient care. Up to 75% Travel Required

Major Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communications among all team members to ensure comprehensive understanding of needs, expectations and requirements.
• Apply knowledge of evidence-based practice and interpersonal skills in clinical implementation.
• Participate with project leadership, business owners, ITG, and other team members in the definition and development of new or additional functionality to meet clinical needs.
• Participate in the development of project implementation tools from a clinical perspective.
• Evaluate clinical systems to identify functional gaps and research potential solutions.
• Participate in initial project orientation, organize and manage the clinical component of implementations, work in close coordination with corporate, division, and facility leadership.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training strategies and materials and recommend changes.
• Ensure the development of the appropriate strategies, plans, tools and approaches to promote successful clinical implementation.
• Operate unsupervised and be called on to lead project teams before, during and after system implementations.
• Provide clinical training and collaborate with vendors and resources to manage the delivery of training and education materials.
• Ensure a standardized and consistent approach relating to clinical implementation.

Education & Experience

• Implementation or change management experience preferred
• Registered Nurse - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation.
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting as a Registered Nurse required
