As an Implementation Specialist, you will use your expertise to oversee the implementation and management of customer needs for all StudySync accounts within your assigned region. You will rely on your effective communication skills to provide training and support for districts and teachers through webinars, product training, professional development sessions, and sales presentations and to communicate regularly with districts, teachers, and our sales partner to ensure customer success. You will also apply your organizational skills and attention to detail by tracking account support activities across the customer life cycle including sales opportunities, contacts, communication, training, and renewal business using Salesforce.


  • Travel: You can also expect up to 40-60% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.
  • Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.
  • Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $63,410 and $72,000. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
  • Location: In this US-based position your location will be hybrid in the Massachusetts region.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:


  • Utilize Salesforce to track all account data including sales opportunities, contacts, communication, training, and renewal business.
  • Pro-active account management across the life cycle of a customer from interest, and sales presentations, from onboarding to renewal.
  • Oversee implementation and management of account needs for all accounts within the assigned region including leading professional development and/or product training.
  • Manage or assist with team projects including but not limited to live chat, webinars, training, and collateral development.
  • Design and deliver sales presentations, product training, and professional development sessions, both in-person and via webinar platforms.
  • Communicate regularly and work effectively with districts, school administrators, teachers, and sales partners to ensure successful program implementation and customer success.


Share Your Expertise.


Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:


  • Experience and knowledge in the field of education, grades 6-12 preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a related field from an accredited school or university.
  • Strong technology skills in Google and Microsoft Suites, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, and more.
  • Team player with strong skills in communication, organization, public speaking, and problem-solving.
  • Experience leading professional development and/or product training.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently managing multiple accounts, projects, and tasks simultaneously.
