Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa is seeking an Imaging Manager to join our team.

Our Imaging Manager is responsible for managing and directing the day to day operations of Imaging team. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct interviews and arrange job-shadowing schedules for all final radiology job applicants and complete orientation with new employees.
• Working with PCI management/administration on company initiatives.
• Daily clinic management including management of staff, regulatory compliance, administration, and training.
• Prepare and review weekly department staff schedule.
• Monitor and maintain records for attendance, continuing education, and performance reviews pertinent to department staff.
• Oversight of patient care activities.
• Attend and/or schedule meetings as needed.
• Overall responsibilities also include execution and support of departmental and organizational initiatives including any initiatives related to the strategic plan.
• Oversight of the scheduling of patients and delivery of patient care.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions to prevent down time for interface failures.

Experience in digital imaging, MRI, or CT field and/or management experience overseeing Imaging department required. Successful candidate will have experience in finance, budgeting, and expense and resource management. Ability to work well with others and maintain confidential information required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical records systems.
• Leadership experience utilizing problem-solving methodologies, project management skills, management.
• 3+ years of progressive supervisory experience.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The qualified individual will be patient focused and must work well with team members. Must also have a high level of comfort in working with computer systems.
