Job Description

Position: Clinical Applications (Regional Remote)

This Is role to be based in Dallas, TX.


Perimeter Medical Imaging AI (TSXV:PINK)(FSE:4PC) is a Toronto-based company with U.S. headquarters in

Dallas, Texas, developing advanced imaging tools that allow surgeons, radiologists, and pathologists to visualize

microscopic tissue structures during a clinical procedure. Our team is driven by our common mission to

transform cancer surgery with ultra-high-resolution, real-time, advanced imaging tools to address areas of high

unmet medical need.


We are seeking a Clinical applications specialist to join our team, reporting to the Clinical Education Manager,

Karen McGuigan. The main area of responsibility will be supporting clinical imaging training for advanced

medical imaging technology in the oncology space. Travel may be required up to 90% of the time you may be

required to assist with device installation, user training, and conference attendance.

Day-to-day activities will include on-site procedural support, image reader training, content development, and

the driving force behind the training platform. You will be responsible for training new members of the clinical

and sales team, as well as ensuring that feedback from the field is reliably and effectively communicated back to

other functional areas of the company.


Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:


▪ Provide onsite product demonstrations for clinical and commercial use – surgical suite, clinical offices,

conferences, dinners, etc.

▪ Provide continued onsite device and procedural support to clinicians using Perimeter products for

clinical

and commercial use

▪ Effectively train users in the field how to read, interpret, and use all Perimeter products

▪ Develop and build relationships with KOLs, healthcare providers, and customers

▪ Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective and timely

communication of information back to the company

▪ Prepare and deliver clinical case reports and presentations that include medical imaging and

laboratory reports for user review

▪ Identify and troubleshoot product issues that occur in the field and report back to the company

▪ Help to ensure the company’s clinical and medical objectives are met

▪ Communicate user feedback and suggestions for product modifications and new features provided in

the field back to the company in a timely manner

▪ Provide direct input into the company’s internal training programs - critically analyze training material,

make refinements based on field updates and user feedback

▪ Develop and implement new training material and content

Basic Qualifications:

▪ Master’s degree or a Bachelor of Science degree with equivalent field experience

▪ Ability to travel up to 90% of the time domestically, which may include some weekends and holidays

▪ Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts to individuals with and without

prior

knowledge or experience

▪ Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously

▪ Aptitude and desire to learn and teach new technologies

▪ High level of integrity and accountability

▪ High degree of professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness

▪ Ability to work in highly regulated environments, including adherence to internal policies and

procedures,

and to follow applicable regulations and quality standards

▪ Must be willing to satisfy medical credentialing agency requirements, including proof of specific

immunizations and titers, background checks, and drug screening

▪ Valid driver’s license

▪ Fluency (written and spoken) in the English language

Preferred Qualifications:

▪ Previous medical device industry experience is an asset

▪ Previous experience communicating with healthcare providers and clinical research staff

▪ Experience working in a medical and/or surgical setting

▪ Experience and/or desire to work in a small team or a start-up environment
