A Glimpse of Your Role
As a Human Resources Representative, you will be at the heart of driving our mission forward. Joining our team means collaborating with the HR Manager to bring Human Resources programs to life. From recruitment and onboarding to benefits and training, you'll be a key contributor in shaping the employee experience at our site.
Your Impactful Contributions
Be the welcoming voice on the main phone line, connecting with our team and assisting with queries
Partner with supervisors to guide employees through benefit enrollment, leaves, and more
Facilitate engaging new employee orientations
Keep our internal learning system up-to-date by logging training activities
Take charge of uniform management and safety purchases tracking
Champion the employee review process, ensuring follow-ups and corrective actions
Assist in recruitment efforts, including job fairs and pre-screening activities
Maintain employee records and handle updates through our HR system
Inject creativity into the workplace by updating Zoom boards
Contribute to the joy of work by planning celebrations and coordinating with vendors
What You Bring to the Table
A high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with Human Resources policies, including EEO and AAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions diligently
Discretion when handling confidential HR matters
A knack for juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Collaboration prowess across all levels of the organization
Extraordinary Candidates Might Also Have

Over 2 years of experience in HR-related roles
