Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development and implementation, and maintenance of talent management and compensation and HRIS projects.
  • Prepare email and other communication documents related to initiatives, courses, and programs as well as make updates and edits to courses in LMS.
  • Assist our Talent Management Specialist with the configuration, integration, and auditing of our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Help with integration and administration of new compliance training product and support the creation of official procedures.
  • Update materials and/or any documents related to programs in in PowerPoint, Word, or Adobe products.
  • Support our HRBPs with New Employee Orientation
  • Collaborate with HRIS on report preparation and process implementation.
  • Assist in maintaining the department SharePoint and Microsoft Teams pages.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education & License Requirements

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills. Experience in SharePoint a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time with minimal supervision.
  • Rising junior or senior.
  • Process orientated.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Exercise a high level of confidentiality while working with sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
