Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development and implementation, and maintenance of talent management and compensation and HRIS projects.
- Prepare email and other communication documents related to initiatives, courses, and programs as well as make updates and edits to courses in LMS.
- Assist our Talent Management Specialist with the configuration, integration, and auditing of our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Help with integration and administration of new compliance training product and support the creation of official procedures.
- Update materials and/or any documents related to programs in in PowerPoint, Word, or Adobe products.
- Support our HRBPs with New Employee Orientation
- Collaborate with HRIS on report preparation and process implementation.
- Assist in maintaining the department SharePoint and Microsoft Teams pages.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education & License Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills. Experience in SharePoint a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage time with minimal supervision.
- Rising junior or senior.
- Process orientated.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Exercise a high level of confidentiality while working with sensitive information.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
