What a difference YOU will make in this position while preparing yourself for future success in a growing organization. The primary responsibility of this position is to optimize and implement HR processes and policies.
- Lead the HR Scorecard project to provide an automated process useful for all business segments
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop, document and implement technology solutions that help to streamline and automate HR processes
- Provide data analysis of HR information as requested
- Create and deliver HRIS training to users to increase engagement and improve understanding of the system
- Responsible for US policy benchmarking and recommend updates as needed to remain current with the manufacturing environment and compliant with US law
Qualifications you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with HRIS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Minimum 5 years HR Generalist or similar experience
