Human Resources (Hr) Manager - Remote | Wfh

Responsibilities
Develop strong partnerships with leaders, fostering collaboration and driving HR initiatives forward.
Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and practices throughout the organization.
Collaborate with leaders on organizational design and strategic workforce planning.
Manage staff relation issues, providing oversight and support for Leave Administration.
Partner with the Leadership and Development Program manager to analyze business data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to enhance team engagement.
Oversee the record-keeping process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Lead engaging biweekly HR/Payroll team meetings, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Provide general leadership on new HR projects, contributing your expertise and insights.
Collaborate with the HR Director to maintain internal HR policies, procedures, and staff handbook.
Perform additional duties as assigned, showcasing your versatility and adaptability.
Requirements
Previous leadership experience in the HR field, demonstrating your ability to guide and inspire others.
Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in HR practices and standards.
Proven ability to effectively lead and support a team, promoting a culture of excellence and growth.
Experience working with UKG or Kronos, utilizing HR management systems to streamline processes.
