This organization is under the TWF Conversation Cause and have been sustainable with steady growth throughout the year. Currently they are looking for an Accounting Manager to join their Accounting and Finance team where they will have 2 direct reports.

Job Details


Main Responsibilities


  • Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; assist in maintaining employee handbook and other related personnel policies.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Participates in developing department staffing goals, and objectives.
  • Conducts recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; writes and places advertisements.
  • Conducts new employee orientation.
  • Organize and maintain employee training programs, systems, and materials.
  • Monitors and assists with performance evaluation and incentives program.
  • Maintains company organization charts and assists with professional development.
  • Assists managers with candidate interviews.
  • Maintains Human Resource Information records and compiles reports from database.
  • Creates job descriptions, assess applications, schedule interviews.
  • Performs benefits administration to include enrollment, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, workers compensation filing and reporting, FMLA issues, and communicating benefit information to employees.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.


Minimum Qualification Requirement


  • A bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience, OR


A master's degree in Human Resources Management and two (2) years of experience in the HR field, OR Seven (7) years of experience in the HR field, OR Any similar combination of education and experience.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
  • Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
