Job Overview
As a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our HR department. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, managing HRIS databases, and supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting pre-interview phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Support benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
Conduct periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure proper documentation and filing.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering inquiries and phone calls.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, policies, procedures, and memos.
Qualifications
Perform other assigned duties as required.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Skills/Aptitudes
Prior administrative experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, handling sensitive situations with professionalism and integrity.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) or the ability to quickly learn new computer applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and changing priorities.
Physical And Mental Requirements
Strong command of the English language for effective communication.
Ability to work with interruptions, distractions, and changing priorities.
Comfortable sitting for extended periods.
Work Schedule and Location:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift.
Hybrid work model (in-office/remote).
