Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic HR team. The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations, benefits management, FMLA, policy and procedures, and possess a desired certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive positive employee experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to identify and attract top talent, and participate in the recruitment and selection process as needed.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, including organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, career development, and employee growth.
  • Partner with the HR team to design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the administration of leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable regulations, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the organization's culture and objectives.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Proactively manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters and initiatives.



Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in driving HR initiatives and programs that support organizational goals.
  • Extensive knowledge of employee relations, benefits management, FMLA, policy and procedures, and employment laws.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Preferred certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
