Overview:

TISTA Science and Technology is seeking a Human Capital Consultant who will work as a partner between customers and subject matter expert in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and facilitate discussions.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and support administration of SharePoint and MS Teams channels, member lists, document organization
  • Support management of the entire all employee survey (AES) process Interact, facilitate, and support discussions and meetings with all levels of internal and / or external stakeholders, including senior leadership Clearly and concisely convey information to senior executives
  • Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change
  • Lead the collection and communication of schedules related to year-round initiatives across stakeholder groups
  • Participate in site design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment based on best practices
  • Partner with Director of Strategy and Transformation to understand business needs and requirements Gather customer or product information to determine requirements
  • Ability to design and facilitate working sessions and workshops to gather inputs from various stakeholders, arriving at meaningful outputs
  • Utilize survey statistical analysis manuals in conjunction with in-house data analysis and Power BI dashboard tools
  • Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness
  • Present information with a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures
  • Experience facilitation of training and support of employee engagement survey results delivery, evaluation, analysis, results delivery
Qualifications:
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Creative, problem-solving, critical thinking, and solutioning experience
  • 10 years of prior relevant professional experience minimum
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Background in Organizational Change Management or Human Capital Consulting
  • Experience facilitating or leading focus groups
  • Ability to forge relationships with key client contacts to identify existing and emerging organizational client needs

  • Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
  • SharePoint
  • Power BI
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
Clearance:
  • MBI Clearance which entails a detailed income tax and credit review
