Hr Recruiter

Description:Overview:
ASun Star’s HR Recruiter is responsible for seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles at a company. Their duties include researching job seekers and inviting them to apply to a job, screening candidates through phone interviews and completing Paylocity onboarding event packets. ASun Star’s HR Recruiter is responsible for ensuring that all candidates have successfully completed all of the required documentation as per compliance prior to starting their respective positions.
Responsibilities:

• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods (Paylocity, Indeed, Linked In) to filter candidates within schedule.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure that they’re aware of all deadlines required to complete onboarding packets.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” during the applicant selection/interview process.
• Ensuring that applicant’s application is complete and ready for interview.
• Manage Paylocity’s Onboarding suite by:
• Ensuring that all applicants are able to successfully complete their on boarding packets.
• Sifting through Indeed applications & managing Indeed’s applicant tracker.
• Scheduling Paylocity interview with hiring manager.
• Creating & launching onboarding event packets.
• Tracking applicants & candidates
• Any other duties as assigned in ASun Star’s HR Department.
• Manager Paylocity’s recruitment suite by:
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes prior to scheduling interviews.
• Entering all relevant applicant data into Paylocity applicant tracker.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated via Paylocity.

. Requirements:Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to “Sell” the company and its positive working atmosphere.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload/environment.
• Excellent written & Verbal communications skills.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in HR-related field or comparable experience.
• Ability to carry out a flexible work schedule and be present when needed.
• At least 1+ year experience in recruiting and onboarding.
• Knowledge of Paylocity and/or Indeed recruiting (preferred).
• Knowledge of HRIS employee management systems.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour
