**Description**
This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and 4-10 days in office per month.

The **HR Operations Coordinator (Payroll and Benefits)** is responsible for processing transactional work within HR operations.
**How You Will Make an Impact**
Primary Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Follows standard operating procedures and processing guidelines while maintaining attention to detail accuracy and timeliness
  • Supports system changes. Runs and analyzes reports and queries.
  • Researches and resolves specific transactional inquiries and customer issues.
  • Processes adjustments and changes in HRIS system.
  • Point of contact for compliance inquires and escalates to the appropriate people or departments.
  • Maintains records in case management system and assign or research cases as required.
  • Processes basic department specific transactional work.
  • Performs balancing activities.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1 years of transacting experience in payroll tax benefits or leaves of absence; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities And Experiences
  • Experience in high volume workplace
  • Preferred Bilingual – Spanish
  • Strongly preferred college degree and Workday experience.
