- Handle or advance open HR issues to HRBPs and functional management for timely resolution
- Strive to improve all processes and programs, as well as identify and implement new ones
- Perform any other functions as required by management
- Respond to HR inquiries
- Handle tasks for and support HR initiatives such as merit/performance cycle, reporting, etc
- Support compliance with the regulatory requirements and audit sample selection/validation
- Provide daily support to HRBPs for internal client needs, projects, processes, trainings, etc
- Provide first-level HR assistance to managers, employees, and former employees on policy-related questions and a variety of HR needs
- Input and handle accurate employee data in Workday and other HR systems including new hire entry, job changes, pay rate changes, terminations, etc
- Learn and maintain detailed operating knowledge of processes, systems, and services offered by HR
- Process confidential and/or sensitive information with attention to detail
- MS Office experience
- BA/BS degree and interest in starting your career in High Tech HR
- Any experience in the HR or Customer Service arenas
- Experience providing positive customer experience with effective oral and written communication skills, including but not limited to shining social skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, making fast and accurate decisions
- Proficiency in handling confidential information
- Proven experience with change, dealing effectively with change management initiatives
- Experience with HR systems (ideally Workday, Greenhouse, Textio, LinkedIn)
- Extend offers to candidates without an extensive interview process with a member of our recruitment team and a hiring manager via video or in person.
- Send job offers via email. All offers are first extended verbally by a member of our internal recruitment team whenever possible, and then followed up via written communication.
