About The Team

We are looking for an Analyst to join Services Operations and the ideal candidate will have a passion for quality, customer service, and enjoys working in a complex, fast paced environment.


About The Role


An Analyst will be very detailed, self-motivated, results oriented, and an excellent communicator. Our employees are at the core of our business which means having a partnership mentality as a trusted advisor to guide and collaborate with multi-functional teams will be significant in this role. You will harmonize with various groups, ensure data is accurate and current in multiple systems, define and document business processes and requirements. You will join a team that searches, completes and performs daily control of quantity and quality of data.


This role requires analysis of sophisticated business problems to be solved with configuration solutions. Our distributed team works closely with partners, customers and internal teams to ensure we're providing an outstanding experience. Our roles are fast-paced and focus on analyzing challenging problems and coming up with solutions to a variety of operational critical issues, all while running various projects and initiatives! This role is about passion, innovation and excellence in a fast-paced and multifaceted organization.

Basic Qualifications


  • 2+ years of troubleshooting/resolving issues through ticketing support systems (i.e. Salesforce, Jira, etc.)
  • 1+ years of Salesforce experience (within account contact and cases, agreements) is REQUIRED
  • 2+ years of providing support to internal/external stakeholders


Other Qualifications


  • Previous experience supporting operations-related initiatives within a Professional Services Management Team a plus
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and resolve operational issues including addressing questions, and updating systems
  • Ability to work independently, with general direction and mentorship
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage independent, ongoing projects in addition to daily caseload
  • Detail oriented, analytical approach


Workday Pay Transparency Statement - United States


The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $78,100 - $117,200


Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $70,700 - $118,200
