Salary: $68,000 - $82,000

Purpose Statement


To support the goals and visions of Gemini by partnering with others to implement human resources practices that meet business needs and support the Gemini culture.


Pay Range: $68,000-$82,000 based on qualifications and experience.


Essential Functions

  • Support charitable giving efforts that support the Gemini goal of being a good corporate citizen.
  • Develop and implement programs that support a culture that seeks out and values diversity.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and provide a positive connection between team members and HR.
  • Ensure FMLA, short-term disability, and Workers’ Compensation claims are handled fairly, consistently, and timely.
  • Ensure equity and consistency is maintained in the process of job offers and pre-employment screening.
  • Facilitate leadership development training.
  • Actively promote and participate in a continuous improvement culture within the Human Resource department and the organization overall.
  • Implement HR processes that strive to continuously add value and support the accomplishment of business objectives.
  • Assist managers in the performance evaluation process to ensure individuals are given effective feedback regarding their individual performance.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
  • Partner with team members and leaders to communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
  • Coordinate position posting, recruitment processes, and selection processes.
  • Provide support to managers/supervisors to coach and correct employee performance where needed, and ensure clear expectations are communicated consistently.
  • Represent the organization as a professional in the community and marketplace.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Integrity and Character: This role requires the ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Excellent organization, task execution, and prioritization of work
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to influence, resolve conflict, maintaining a positive attitude, and empathy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products


Qualifications – Education & Experience


  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is not required, but is preferred.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Professional certification a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
