HR Coordinator
Job Summary
The HR Coordinator role will complete administrative duties for the Human Resources Department by assisting with recruiting, interviewing and talent management as well as benefit and compensation administration, employee relations, regulatory compliance, staying abreast of employment law and new hire orientation.
Core Job Duties
  • Compile and maintain employee records
  • Conduct new hire and benefit orientation meetings and process enrollments for new employees
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries
  • Compute wages and record data for use in payroll processing
  • Support HR Management Team as requested
  • Compile and maintain records for use in employee benefits administration
  • Support talent management activity from "hire to retire"
  • Provide communications within the organization that promote employee understanding of programs, policies, and objectives along with developing positive employee morale
  • Assist with research and development of new products related to achieving greater efficiencies within the HR Department
  • Produce and submit reports on HR activity
Education
  • Results oriented with a high degree of accountability. True team player with the ability to facilitate change.
  • Strong generalist background in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, organizational development and PHR/SPHR certification preferred. A minimum of 1-3 years HR experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
