Job Description

JOIN THE SHOW! We're hiring Housekeeping Floor Managers across some of the most iconic properties on the Las Vegas strip! Do you have hotel management or leadership experience? This could be the start of a rewarding career with MGM Resorts!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Monitor Guest Room Attendants and House Persons work productivity
  • Conduct daily briefing and schedule meetings with Guest Room Attendants and House Persons
  • Keep all rooms, hallways, lockers, and lobbies clean and ensure all work is done properly

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Strong leadership qualities and sound judgment with effective decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to deal and interact with management, employees, and guests in an effective and diplomatic manner
  • Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT?
