Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITIES:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:


Customer Experience


  • Keep inventory of marketing materials/swag and prepare for client meetings as needed.
  • Assist guests with any concierge type needs (transportation, recommendations, etc.).
  • Greet clients + visitors then notify employee of arrival.
  • Keep the showroom clean and tidy along with the facility manager.
  • Provide feedback for improvement on executing a memorable customer experience.
  • Collaborate with sales to understand how a room should be set up for meetings and events.
  • Serve as a resource for general information for employees and guests.
  • Identify new catering options, eliminate wastefulness, and work with others to create appealing presentation.
  • Use room reservation calendars to schedule meetings as requested.
  • Manage and process catering requests and execute meeting standards for food & drinks.
  • Perform opening/closing procedures.
  • Provide welcoming atmosphere that is sophisticated, professional and fun.


Other Items


  • Purchase and maintain stock of coffee, snacks, and beverages.
  • Administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure adequate stock of paper supplies.
  • Communicate messages from the virtual receptionist to the appropriate colleague.
  • Alert facility manager of any facility issues that need repair or maintenance.
  • Work within catering & hospitality budgets, manage expenses and complete expense reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front kitchen, café, and pantry.
  • Plan and execute employee events based on Culture Council directives.
  • Schedule courier requests.


WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, willingness to learn other systems and programs.
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, allocate time and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work early mornings or irregular hours for customer or company events.

  • Ability to travel to locations for food pickups as needed.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent hosting skills and demonstrated ability in providing outstanding service.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in hospitality, customer service, concierge, or related field.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently.
