The Hospital Administrative Director Quality will work at a 380-bed acute care hospital values its commitment to excellence in quality and safety and provides patients and the community with quality and safe care. This full-service facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women’s services OB, and orthopedics. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has been recognized for its outstanding performance in patient safety.
Key Responsibilities Include
The Hospital Administrative Director Quality will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve the quality of patient care and safety throughout the hospital.

• Monitor and analyze data related to patient outcomes and quality metrics
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify and address areas of improvement
• Provide leadership and education to staff regarding quality improvement initiatives
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans

The Hospital Administrative Director Quality is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
Requirements Include

• Experience working in an acute care setting
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively
