Shockley Honda in Frederick is looking for experienced technicians to join our team. VERY aggressive WEEKLY flat rate pay PLUS production bonus up to $5.00 per hour turned WEEKLY. Shockley Honda also offers our technicians a generous holiday bonus at the end of the year with matching funds based on total hours turned!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a fast learner
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
• Must be computer literate
• Have knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Must be a team player
• Have a High School Diploma
• Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have a valid driver’s license
