WE ARE Eastern MA's dynamic, small/medium size HERS Rating company…and the ONLY one that also installs Mitsubishi Mini-Splits. We are "total home performance" analysts and our company excels at being forward-thinking and responsive to these developing industries.

We service over 400 builders & homeowners yearly with a staff of 9 and 4 trucks on the road. Homebase is north of Boston but our Raters base themselves along Rt. 495 and work primarily from their home or van.

We have plenty of business to bring on an experienced Rater/RFI or a fresh face to the field, and are ready to train you in the New Home and Renovation building markets AS WELL AS in Heat Pumps - the future of heating and cooling for the next fifty years.

Full and part time is available with benefits, paid holidays, and a great support team. If you don't have experience, we'll give you the right support. If you plan to, or have started your own company but want to do more of what you enjoy (and less paperwork) then we'd like to hear from you as well.
PAY: Salary or Hourly: competitive based on experience
