Job Description

We’ll look to you for the facts in this role, which you’ll compile in high-quality inspection reports. Compensation:

$104,000 - $130,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Compile comprehensive inspection reports that include photographs, measurements, data, interview transcripts, and other evidence
  • Follow insurance inspection, policy, safety, and ethical codes of conduct that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Schedule site inspections via phone or email and travel to residential or commercial sites to conduct investigations
  • Complete online training or in-person educational programs, as needed, to comply with inspection standards
  • Deliver superb customer service and professionalism in every interaction to appropriately represent the company
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in insurance industry roles, such as loss control, quality control, or field inspection, is beneficial
  • Transportation, valid driver’s license required
  • Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in engineering, law enforcement, building inspection, or related field highly valued
  • Mandatory pre-employment screening and background check
  • Usage of a digital camera and photography skills are desired
