Excellent computer skills including word, excel, google apps and email on both laptop and Android mobile devices.

Knowledge of construction terminology and ability to read and understand residential construction plans, drawings, and 3D renderings

Required Qualifications: Certified HERS Rater preferred but will train the right candidate.

Candidates should have the following qualities, skills, and availability:

Capability to work independently and be an excellent problem solver.

Availability for flexible field hours, starting as early as 7am at different jobs sites around eastern Massachusetts.

· Up to date knowledge of USA culture and News is a bonus.

Content Annotation, Content Moderations and curation, Computer skills, Grammarly and, Buzz Sumo

· Have basic computer knowledge with knowledge of advance excel and PPT and other MS office.

· Excellent Problem-solving abilities, strong logical analytics.

· Any certification in linguist or Creative Writing or AIML is a bonus.

English language (Native), Text annotation for training NLP, Proofreading, Content moderation-text and chat.

Completing all sponsor-assigned training and meetings to obtain rater certification and re-certification per protocols requirements.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

Calculating and utilizing rating scale results as appropriate to determine protocol eligibility.

Meet with Sponsors, Study Monitors, and Medical Monitors as needed to address questions regarding ratings.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.

Performs data entry and maintains data files on research.

Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience.

Processes urine drug samples, saliva and alcohol breathalyzer testing in accordance with study guidelines.

Learns to do blood draws.

Refers patients to resources available in community and social services.

Maintains proper documentation and record keeping.

Knowledge of IECC building codes

Ability to manage multiple projects on a daily basis.

Working knowledge of building codes and general industry standards.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability

Current RESNET Certified Home Energy Rater

Conduct HERS inspections and building performance test outs
